Noah and Brian were two of the best technicians. Noah made sure we knew everything there is to know about our new digital thermostat and how things are operating outside and underneath the house. He is very knowledgeable about these products and made sure we were comfortable with everything before leaving.

One of our pups decided he needed to dig up the ground around our clean out. We immediately contacted Colonial Plumbing, and they had someone come over the next day. Carter was fantastic to work with, and immediately IDed the overall issue. He found a way to fix the problem without breaking our finances, and really put our mind at ease for the future. If we run into any future plumbing issues, Colonial Plumbing will be our first call!

A technician was dispatch, and there was a miscommunication concerning the technician's scheduled return to complete the job. My shower head was leaking for 4 days, After the technicians did not make the window they provided the day prior I contacted Colonial Plumbing at 3:pm on a Friday, the dispatcher said he did not know if he could get a technician to respond this late on a Friday, But thank God he was able to find someone to take the call, He dispatched Landon for the job, without hesitation he came in and took care of the problem changing the required parts in an expeditious manner. He showed professionalism, curtesy and great provided awesome service. Landon we appreciate you completing the job.

Exceptional service. My husband and I thought there was an issue with our unit. Turns out all was okay. Our technician, John was very knowledgeable and explained every process the unit goes through when heating. We really appreciate the time he spent explaining not just about the unit, but what services and programs offered. I called and spoke with Terry and she jumped started my awesome customer service appointment by immediately finding an appointment that worked perfectly for my schedule! Lawrence was my service contractor and he was just as awesome! He really knew his stuff! He answered all of my questions, gave me tips, told me what was most important and how to proceed from there. When he finished, my bathroom looked the same as when he got there. No mess, no supplies left behind! Great service all the way around! Thanks Colonial Heating & Plumbing!

It's Christmas Eve, and Lawrence came out to fix our leaky kitchen sink. He saved the day. He did a fantastic job explaining what the issue was and how to fix it. He graciously answered all my questions and cleaned up after he was finished working. He was super efficient, friendly, and professional. I'm now able to better keep an eye out for any issues in other locations in our house that use the shark bite connectors.

We had an urgent need due to our heater stopped working the eve before. I called Colonial plumbing and they were able to fit us in the same day. The worker, Tony was very pleasant and did a great job getting our heat back on. Also the bill was reasonable which made our day.

We had a surprise upstairs leak that will most likely require extensive repairs. Lawrence and his partner were able to fit us into their busy schedule and take care of our immediate issue. The work was done professionally and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing or a/c work.
